Reiki or life energy is one of the most loving and purest gifts I can pass on. The energy is not my own, I can channel it from the universal source and let you experience this by placing my hands on your body or in the layers of your aura.
The power of Reiki is the way it can lovingly and kindly release blockages: physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically and spiritually. I support you in a safe and loving space, where you can feel all that you need to feel in order to be able to release.
In whichever layer the cause of your pain or struggle lies, my Reiki treatment will give you ease and space within. I devote all my attention to you during the session, you will be seen as a whole and everything about you is welcome and seen. Throughout it all, I will be by your side.

Holistic therapy

Holistic therapy is one of the most beautiful versions of therapy and coaching. We look further that the initial pain or struggle. Together we will search the cause of it, in order for it to be healed in a loving way.
To help you through this I use Reiki, Singing bowls, Gem stones, (systemic) constellations, and mroe. All to support you in seeing yourself completely, embrace all of you and to feel whole.
By creating a safe space I give you the opportunity (to learn) to feel everything that is happening in your body and what this wants to tell you. By understanding what your triggers are, patterns, and survival tactics, you can learn how to calm your nerves system. When you feel safe and comfortable in your body, you will (learn to) respond to situations from a calm and secure base point.

You body is made up of more than 70% water, imagine the effect of vibrations crafted to encourage release of blockages, tension and stress. With every sound produced the frequency reaches all your cells.
I offer singing bowl treatments, singing bowl massages and sound baths. In combination with the beautiful bowls, I also make use of a Rain stick and Koshi.

“Charlotte Zum Vörde Sive Vörding is loving, empowered and driven”
For many years I was an entrepreneur in food and sustainability. After my divorce in 2020 my life changed completely. Empowering women it is so necessary, the more women and other mothers I spoke the clearer it became. As women we are so powerful and yet we are the ones bending ourselves to fit the oppressing societal norms. That is not why we are living this human experience.
To support a society where love is the base instead of fear, I now treat people of any gender. We all need each other.
After years of self reflection, therapy of different kinds, personal growth, my spiritual journey, studying to become a Holistic therapist and Reiki Master I am confident in my abilities to support you in your journey.
