What does a session look like?
A Reiki or Singing Bowl session takes about an hour, in which we start with an intake.
During which we discuss which problems your experience and what is going on an emotional and mental level. There is no must, you only share what you feel comfortable with.
Here after the treatment follows, I will place my hands, gem stones, and/or singing bowls on your body.
You will be dressed the entire time, and I will always ask if it is okay for you if I lay my hands on your body. If you prefer I do not, I will treat you in the energetic body around you - without physical touch. The most important is that you feel safe.
During Holistic Therapy (1,5hrs) I will lead you in an intervention to support you in insights, release, relaxing or what ever it is I feel you need at that time.
Afterwards we will shortly discuss how and what you have experienced. Again you only share what you feel comfortable with. Even if that is nothing at all.
You may receive some additional tips and we can schedule a new appointment.
*During the first Holistic Therapy session we will spend more time on the intake and talk about your family tree, generational trauma and dive deeper into what is holding you back from living the life you want to live.
When needed I will let you draw a card to support insights and support.
I offer the following treatments:
Reiki

Singing Bowls
including intake and aftercare +/- 60 minutes € 75,-
Holistic Therapy,
including intake, interventions to help you release, heal your inner child, understand your patterns and survival mechanism and more, and aftercare
+/- 60 tot 90 minutes € 90,-
These prices are valid until July 2025, where after I will graduate and my prices will rise accordingly.

You can park for free in front of the house with the use of a “blauwe schijf”
and it is a 3 minute walk from station Den Haag Laan van NOI.
In 2024 I received Reiki I, to experience how it would make me feel. It made me choose to study Holistic Therapy and expand my Reiki.
What started as a proces which felt like homework ;) gradually I could ease into my body and truely learn how to feel and sit with all feelings, sensations and emotions. I received my Reiki II and started treating others. From that moment on I was so excited, being able to intuitively help others heal, my life mission was born.
In March 2025 I have received the Reiki Master (3A) and that even you can feel in the energy I can pass on to you.
I am so very grateful I am able to share this with you.
